A premier electrical contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations across a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial, healthcare, and mission-critical projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. About the Role

The Electrical Superintendent will lead all field operations from project kickoff through successful completion.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage electrical foremen, electricians, subcontractors, and field personnel.
  • Drive project productivity while maintaining the highest standards of safety and workmanship.
  • Develop and manage manpower plans, labor forecasts, and material requirements.
  • Coordinate closely with Project Managers, clients, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
  • Monitor project schedules and proactively address challenges that may impact delivery.
  • Ensure all installations comply with NEC requirements, project specifications, and quality standards.
  • Oversee daily reporting, production tracking, change order documentation, and workforce planning.
  • Mentor and develop field teams, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the primary field representative, building strong relationships with clients and project partners.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent, Lead Superintendent, or Senior Foreman.
  • Proven experience overseeing large-scale electrical construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation methods, scheduling, and workforce planning.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple crews and maintain project performance in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the DFW and North Texas market as project needs require.
