Position Overview
- The Electrical Superintendent will oversee field operations on large commercial construction projects ($20M+).
- The Electrical Superintendent will lead field teams, coordinate with project management, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- This is a leadership role requiring strong field experience and proven success managing commercial electrical crews on complex capital projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day field operations
- Manage and supervise multiple electricians and field crews
- Coordinate manpower, materials, and scheduling
- Ensure safety compliance (OSHA standards)
- Work closely with Project Managers and General Contractors
- Maintain project timelines and productivity goals
