Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Electrical Superintendent, with a solid understanding of industrial electrical systems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willingness and capability to perform hands‑on electrical work as needed.
- Experience in mentoring and guiding Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices to support workforce development.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints; able to assist in project planning and ordering material.
- Familiarity and working experience with Procore or similar construction management software.
Salary: $100,000 to $115,000 yearly (Based on experience)
