What You’ll Do
- Manage daily field operations, ensuring work meets safety, quality, and production standards
- Supervise Foremen, operators, and laborers to maximize efficiency
- Coordinate with Project Managers on schedules, manpower, and equipment
- Provide daily progress updates and address field challenges
Safety Management
- Enforce company and OSHA safety standards
- Lead daily safety meetings and ensure proper PPE usage
- Report and document incidents, near misses, and corrective actions
- Partner with Safety team on inspections and compliance
Project Coordination
- Collaborate with PMs, Foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available on-site
- Resolve field issues and maintain project timelines
- Verify installations meet drawings and specifications
Quality & Documentation
- Inspect work for compliance with project specs and local codes
- Track daily production, labor, and equipment usage
- Maintain as-built drawings and project logs
- Communicate design or constructability concerns
Leadership & Development
- Train, mentor, and develop field teams
- Promote a strong safety culture and teamwork environment
- Provide feedback and support performance improvement
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in underground utilities or electrical conduit construction
- Proven supervisory experience managing field crews
- Strong knowledge of underground installation methods and safety standards
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and tools like Procore or Fieldwire (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
