What You’ll Do

You’ll take full ownership of field execution across complex commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.

Project & Crew Leadership

  • Lead projects or scopes up to 200,000 man-hours
  • Supervise multiple foremen and up to 100 field employees
  • Drive productivity, accountability, and culture across the jobsite
  • Make hiring, staffing, and performance decisions for your team

Execution & Field Operations

Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and project plans

Coordinate and install:

  • Conduit systems (EMT, GRC, IMC)
  • Cable tray and large cable pulls
  • Switchgear, transformers, and distribution systems
  • Fire alarm and control systems
  • Oversee layout, underground work, and equipment installation
  • Ensure all work meets NEC and project specifications

Safety & Quality

  • Enforce safety standards and lead weekly safety inspections
  • Maintain OSHA compliance and jobsite discipline
  • Own site security, cleanliness, and organization

Team Development

  • Train and mentor electricians, apprentices, and foremen
  • Set expectations and hold the line on performance
  • Build crews that can execute without constant oversight

What You Bring

  • 10+ years in the electrical field
  • 10+ years of supervisory experience leading crews in the field
  • Proven ability to run large-scale commercial or industrial jobs
  • Strong knowledge of NEC, electrical systems, and construction practices
  • Ability to lead through both authority and respect
  • OSHA 30 Certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
