Electrical Superintendent (Boulder, Colorado) Position Overview Goliath Construction Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a well-established electrical contractor seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee daily field operations at a major manufacturing campus in Boulder, Colorado.
This is a unique opportunity to lead a dedicated onsite team supporting one long-term client rather than traveling from project to project. Our client provides ongoing electrical service, maintenance, renovations, tenant improvements, and construction projects throughout an active manufacturing campus.

Electrical Superintendent Responsibilities
- Lead all onsite field operations for electrical service, maintenance, renovations, and ongoing construction projects
- Supervise and support a dedicated team of approximately 30 electricians, foremen, and technicians
- Plan and coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors across multiple active projects
- Partner with the Project Manager and client representatives to prioritize work, schedule outages, and minimize operational disruptions
- Oversee the installation of new electrical systems, facility expansions, equipment upgrades, and infrastructure improvements
- Conduct safety meetings, enforce company safety policies, and maintain a safe work environment
- Ensure all work meets project schedules, quality standards, and NEC requirements
- Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and project turnover
- Mentor field leaders and develop the next generation of foremen and electricians
- Maintain daily reports, production tracking, and field documentation
Electrical Superintendent Requirements
- 7+ years of electrical construction experience with progressive field leadership responsibilities
- Experience as an Electrical Superintendent, General Foreman, or Foreman overseeing commercial, industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, mission critical, or other occupied facilities
- Proven ability to lead multiple crews while managing service work, renovations, and ongoing construction projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of electrical construction methods, NEC requirements, and industry safety standards
- Experience planning manpower, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining project schedules in an active operating environment
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and field reporting software preferred
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
