The successful candidate will lead field crews and ensure all electrical installations, maintenance, and repair work are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.This role requires strong leadership abilities, extensive knowledge of electrical systems, and excellent project management skills.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage the daily operations of electrical crews on construction sitesEnsure all electrical work meets industry standards, local building codes, and safety regulationsCollaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project completionCoordinate material orders, equipment deliveries, and manpower schedulesMonitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior managementConduct inspections of electrical systems and resolve issues as neededMaintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular safety meetingsTroubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide technical guidance to field personnelMaintain project documentation including schedules, reports, and project plansMentor and train apprentice electricians and crew membersQualificationsMinimum of 7 years of experience in electrical construction, with at least 3 years in a supervisory roleLicensed Journeyman or Master ElectricianIn-depth knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, and National Electrical Code (NEC) requirementsStrong leadership and team management skillsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailProficiency with project management software and construction technology toolsStrong written and verbal communication skillsValid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sitesEducationHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferredAdditional RequirementsPlease note that the selected candidate will be required to submit to a full pre-employment background check and drug screening.
