What You’ll Lead:
- Direct day-to-day field operations from groundbreaking through final turnover
- Lead and manage electrical crews, foremen, and subcontractors to maintain productivity and quality
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers, GCs, owners, and engineers to keep schedules tight and issues resolved
- Conduct site walks, safety audits, and quality inspections to ensure clean, compliant execution
- Oversee installation of electrical systems including feeders, switchgear, distribution, lighting, and equipment
- Maintain accurate daily reports, manpower tracking, and field documentation
- Mentor field leaders and build a strong, motivated team culture
What You Bring:
- 4+ years supervising electrical scopes of $50M+ on ground-up commercial or industrial projects
- Strong command of electrical systems, installation sequencing, and NEC/code compliance
- Experience leading crews and coordinating with multiple trades on active job sites
- Proficiency with construction technology tools (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.)
- A leadership style that builds trust, drives accountability, and keeps the field moving
- Ability to communicate clearly with PMs, field teams, and clients
