The selected candidate will start in the Houston office before relocating to the project site in Alamogordo, NM.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily electrical construction activities in the fieldEnsure work is performed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with project specificationsManage subcontractors and crews performing electrical installationCoordinate with project management, QA/QC, and safety teamsTrack progress, resolve field issues, and report on daily/weekly productionEnforce OSHA and site-specific safety requirementsSupport commissioning and punch-list close-out activitiesCompensation & LogisticsSalary budgeted at $130,000 (flexible for strong candidates)Per diem of $120/day, 7 days/week (except during rotation, when CJR covers rotation travel and no hotel is booked)Company truck provided for work-related use once on site in AlamogordoQualifications5+ years of field supervisory experience in utility-scale renewable energy construction (solar or BESS preferred)Prior US work experience requiredOSHA 30 certification preferredWillingness to relocate to Alamogordo, NM after onboarding in HoustonWhy is This a Great OpportunityGood opportunity to work for a small but growing division of a large multinational company.
