Electrical Reliability Engineer - Hot Strip Mill

We're seeking an Electrical Reliability Engineer to provide engineering and reliability support within a highly automated Hot Strip Mill environment.
What You'll Need
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
* 5+ years of engineering experience
* Experience with Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)
* Strong equipment data analysis and troubleshooting skills
* Experience with Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), Cause Mapping, or Kaizen
* Ability to develop maintenance plans, analyze equipment performance, and identify solutions to recurring failures
* Strong technical writing and communication skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Preferred Experience
* Predictive Maintenance (PdM) certifications/experience: vibration, thermography, oil analysis, tribology, or motor circuit analysis
* SAP
* Power BI
* AutoCAD or SolidWorks
* Industrial/manufacturing reliability experience
What You'll Do
* Support maintenance and reliability initiatives
* Lead root cause analysis for equipment failures and breakdowns
* Identify solutions to reduce downtime and recurring failures
* Analyze equipment and maintenance data
* Develop and improve equipment maintenance plans
* Track and trend maintenance performance
* Review technical drawings and documentation
* Partner with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams
* Drive continuous improvement and safe work practices
