Electrical Quality Control InspectorWe are seeking an Electrical Inspector to join our team on a Data Center construction site. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the coordination, supervision, and daily operations of construction projects. This position is responsible for assisting the QA/QC Manager and Project Management team in ensuring that projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and meet company quality standards as well as client expectations.ResponsibilitiesAssist in overseeing daily construction activities on assigned projects.Monitor jobsite productivity and report progress to the QA/QC Manager and Project Manager.Ensure work is performed according to drawings, specifications, and project schedules.Support sequencing and scheduling of trades to minimize delays and conflicts.Conduct routine site walks to verify workmanship and project compliance.Perform QA/QC inspections throughout all phases of construction.Verify materials and workmanship meet project specifications and standards.Coordinate inspections with local authorities, third-party inspectors, and clients.Maintain punch lists and assist in tracking completion of corrective items.Document deficiencies and follow through to resolution.Essential SkillsUnderstanding of Electrical SystemsIn-field experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel)Construction management experienceCommercial construction knowledgeConstruction supervision skillsAdditional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.OSHA 30 certification required.Associate degree or construction-related education preferred.1–3 years of construction field experience preferred.Basic understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and safety procedures.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.Proficiency in construction management software (Excel, Procore, CXAlloy) preferred.Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Work EnvironmentThe position is based on-site at a data center in Minneapolis. This is a 9-month plus contract-to-hire opportunity, with potential for extension. Employees will receive medical, dental, and vision benefits, 6 paid holidays, and 1 week of PTO, with the possibility of more PTO if the contract is extended.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Barstow, TX.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
