Electrical Project Supervisor

Electrical Supervisors NeededElectrical Project Supervisors are an integral part of the electrical construction process and are responsible for scheduling, monitoring, and controlling the day-to-day execution of the work, progress, and performance of the project. In this role you will also possess experience with projects involving commercial/industrial electrical construction and be responsible for the administration and control of all aspects of the Cummings site specific safety and compliance objectives.ResponsibilitiesMust maintain and enforce safety policies on jobsiteWillingness to travel nation wideMust have active driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle reportAbility to safely lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, with or without reasonable accommodationAbility to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time during scheduled shiftsAbility to perform physical activities such as bending, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching, and climbing as required by job dutiesQualifications3+ years of electrical construction experience which includes leading large jobs in the Industrial/Commercial industryCan oversee a crew of 15+ electriciansAbility to manage/oversee multiple projects simultaneouslyActive Journeyman's License requiredProficient with the National Electrical CodeExposure to Bluebeam and/or Salesforce is a plusProficiency with MS Office Suite, including excel and familiarity with MS Teams and SharePointStrong verbal, written, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skillsStrong customer service skills requiredOur environment allows you to take pride in your work, create meaningful connections, and acquire growth-based development skills.
