Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of electrical construction projects for commercial and industrial facilities.
- Review electrical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications for accuracy.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and labor plans.
- Coordinate with Superintendents and Foremen to assign field tasks.
- Track project costs and approve material purchases and change orders.
- Collaborate with estimators to monitor and control project budgets.
- Lead regular progress meetings with general contractors and engineers.
- Adjust project timelines to resolve delays or resource conflicts.
- Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes and safety regulations.
