We're seeking an Electrical Project Manager in Phoenix, AZ to lead commercial and industrial electrical construction projects from planning through final closeout.

Responsibilities
- Manage project planning, including scheduling, labor, and material forecasting.
- Oversee the review of drawings and project scopes during kickoff meetings.
- Coordinate with field leadership to establish production targets and workflows.
- Track labor budgets, material costs, and overall productivity metrics.
- Lead the procurement process and manage subcontractor and vendor relationships.
- Implement change orders, RFIs, and submittal logs to maintain accurate records.
- Inspect job sites to ensure adherence to NEC and OSHA standards.
- Host regular job reviews to keep internal and external teams aligned.
- Optimize the billing and forecasting process to maintain project cash flow.
Compensation and Logistics
