Project Manager - Electrical Construction
Location: Phoenix Metro - Hybrid flexibility available
Pay: $100,000 - $150,000+ DOE
We're hiring experienced Electrical Project Managers for established contractors in the Phoenix market. These roles support a mix of commercial TI, ground-up, industrial, manufacturing, data center, and specialty electrical projects.

What You'll Do
* Manage electrical construction projects from award through closeout
* Oversee budgets, schedules, labor, material, and job profitability
* Coordinate field teams, supers, foremen, vendors, and clients
* Lead progress meetings and maintain project momentum
* Maintain strong customer relationships and repeat business opportunities
What We're Looking For
* 3+ years Project Manager experience in electrical construction
* Commercial TI and/or ground-up project background
* Strong cost control and labor management skills
* Experience running multiple projects simultaneously
* Proficient with project software (Procore, Bluebeam, Viewpoint, etc.)
* Strong communication and leadership skills
