Electrical Project ManagerMulti-Family Construction Group is currently seeking an Electrical Project Manager.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of assigned MEP projectsSupervise Project Coordinators & Assistant Project Manager teams to achieve schedule, budget, and quality objectivesManage project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.Conduct regular project meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and accountability.Required Skills:5–12 years of progressive experience managing MEP construction projectsDemonstrated ability to manage medium-to-large project budgets ($5M–$50M+)Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budgetStrong technical knowledge of MEP systems, construction methods, and building codesExcellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skillsProficiency in Microsoft Project, Procore, Bluebeam, Spectrum and/or other construction management softwareAssistant Project Manager, Project Manager, APM, PM, Project Engineer, Multifamily, Multi Family, Multi-Family, Construction, Apartments, CondosAdditional Locations: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, Virginia, Washington D.C., Maryland, Washington, Oregon, Massachusetts
