Scope of the role
n* As an Electrical Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of HV projects (£5m–£50m) from site through to completion.
n* This is a delivery-focused role with a strong electrical bias, ideal for someone who understands how substations and HV works are actually built and delivered on site. You’ll start with responsibility for a key project, with a clear path to managing multiple schemes as the pipeline grows.
nKey Responsibilities
n* Lead HV infrastructure projects from mobilisation through to completion
n* Deliver safely, on programme, and within budget
n* Take full responsibility for site performance and outcomes
n* Manage Site Managers and Supervisors, with 2–3 direct reports initially
n* Coordinate multiple subcontractors across electrical and civil workstreams
n* Drive standards, accountability and delivery on site
n* Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
n* Build strong working relationships and manage expectations
n* Represent the company on high-value projects
n* Oversee substation and electrical installation works
n* Understand what “good” looks like in HV delivery
n* Support coordination between design, installation, and commissioning

n* Proven delivery of HV projects (£5m+)
n* Strong electrical / substation background
n* Experience managing site teams and subcontractors
n* Confident client-facing experience
