This role oversees project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.ResponsibilitiesManage electrical construction projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirementsCoordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel throughout the project lifecycleDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and forecasting reportsReview electrical drawings, specifications, and contract documents and provide technical guidance as neededMonitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain project objectivesConduct jobsite visits to verify safety compliance, quality standards, and project performancePrepare and manage project documentation, including change orders, billing, RFIs, submittals, and closeout materialsSupport business development efforts by maintaining strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for future workEnsure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable electrical codes and regulationsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent industry experience will be consideredProven experience managing commercial and industrial electrical construction projectsStrong knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, codes, and industry standardsExperience with project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and procurement processesProficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentValid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as neededMust be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screeningBenefits401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceHayes & Lunsford Electric is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
