Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of large commercial/industrial/data center electrical projects from award through close-out.
• Own project profitability, budgets, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Manage schedules, procurement, risk and project resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers and field leadership.
• Drive change order management, contract administration and commercial performance.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Champion collaboration, accountability and operational excellence across the project team.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing electrical construction projects with scopes exceeding $10M
• Strong commercial and financial management skills.
• Experience leading project teams on complex commercial or industrial builds.
• Data center or heavy industrial experience is desirable.
• Excellent client-facing, leadership and communication skills.
• A proactive, solutions-driven approach with a track record of delivering successful projects.
