TheProjectManagerisresponsibleforensuringallprojectsarecompletedsafely,onschedule,withinbudget,andtocompanyqualitystandards.Thisroleoverseesplanning,staffing,materials,equipment,scheduling,customercommunication,andoverallprojectexecutionwhilemaximizingproductivityandprofitability.

KeyResponsibilities

Safety&Compliance

• Maintainasafeworkenvironmentonallprojects.
• Ensurecompliancewithcompanypolicies,safetyregulations,permits,andapplicablecodes.
• Monitorjobsitestoensuresafeworkpracticesandproperhousekeeping.

ProjectPlanning&Execution

• Developandmanageprojectexecutionplans.
• Reviewdrawings,specifications,schedules,andcontracts.
• Coordinatemanpower,materials,equipment,andsubcontractors.
• Identifyandresolveprojectissuesbeforetheyimpactscheduleorcost.
• Conductregularjobsitevisitsandprojectreviews.

Communication&Coordination

• Serveastheprimarypointofcontactforcustomers,contractors,andinternalteams.
• Leadprojectturnoverandplanningmeetings.
• Communicateprojectstatus,risks,delays,andsolutionstomanagement.
• Resolvequestionsregardingplans,specifications,andprojectrequirements.

Budget&CostControl

• Monitorlaborproductivity,projectcosts,andprofitability.
• Managechangeordersfromidentificationthroughapprovalandbilling.
• Ensuretimelyprocurementofmaterialsandequipment.
• Supportaccurateprojectbillingandfinancialreporting.
• Supporthiring,training,development,andperformancemanagementofprojectpersonnel.
• ProvideguidanceandsupporttoProjectSuperintendentsandfieldstaff.
• Promoteteamwork,accountability,andcontinuousimprovement.

QualityAssurance

• Ensureallworkmeetscontractrequirementsandcompanyqualitystandards.
• Monitorprojectprogressandaddressqualityconcernspromptly.
• Coordinatewarrantyworkandprojectcloseoutactivities.
