Project Manager – Electrical ConstructionThe Project Manager is responsible for project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and client coordination, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.Manage the full lifecycle of electrical construction projects from hand off to close outCollaborate with pre-construction teams to ensure seamless project transitionDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecastsTrack and manage deliverables including submittals, shop drawings, procurement schedules, and close out documentationCoordinate field operations, including crew allocation, layout, and conflict resolutionPerform detailed material take-offs and cost analysisCreate, manage, and negotiate change orders and scope modificationsGenerate and track Requests for Information (RFIs)Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standardsCommunicate effectively with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teamsMonitor project progress to ensure timely and successful completion4+ years of experience in project management within the electrical construction industryExperience managing remodels or retrofit projects for big-box retail clients is preferredStrong knowledge of commercial electrical materials, systems, and equipmentPrior field experience in electrical construction is requiredProficiency in construction management software such as Bluebeam or ProcoreKnowledgeable with Excel and MS Office SuiteValid driver's license and ability to pass a background checkAll applicants must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship of any type.
