Project ManagerCummings Electrical is looking for a Project Manager for our Integrated Manufacturing facility in Arlington, TX.Cummings Electrical is expanding our Integrated Manufacturing team. We design and build custom, integrated, modular systems such as e-houses, electrical skids, HAC's and UL 508A panels for a wide range of projects, including data centers, healthcare facilities, industrial plants, and more.As part of our team, you will work hands-on in a fast-paced, innovative environment, helping reduce jobsite risks, accelerate project timelines, and deliver high-quality solutions. If you are looking for growth, meaningful work, and a chance to be part of a team shaping the future of off-site integration and manufacturing, this is the place to make an impact!ResponsibilitiesPrimary point of contact for customer, vendors, project team, and office supportOwns single or multiple contracts, budgets, procurement matrices, schedules, project planning and executionReview and monitor project costs versus budgets for multiple projects and/or program level contracts ($50M+ single or cumulative)Responsible for coordinating the quality assurance / quality control for the project(s) with Quality ManagerInterprets and ensures work is consistent with plans, specifications, drawings, and documents related to engineering and integration scopeResolve inter-group conflicts, project conflicts and delays as required to meet project goals and milestonesCoordinate with internal & external procurement/purchasing teams to ensure that requested material is expedited and received as needed for the integration of a projectServe as an interface between the IM Engineering team and internal clients, including the Production, Quality, Logistics, and Safety teams, to facilitate interdepartmental relations and project goalsAssist with the development of new electrical engineering standards and maintain and improve existing standards and guidelines, implementing industry and company best practicesLead project / program meetings and conference calls; participate in engineering, design, and constructability review processesLead or assist with investigations, including root cause analysis as neededQualificationsMinimum of 10 or more years of progressively responsible experience in the electrical construction industry, with a concentration in commercial and industrial large construction projectsBachelor's degree in Construction Management / Engineering or related field is preferredPrior knowledge and understanding of the estimating processExposure to ACCUBID and/or CONEST a plusAbility to understand, evaluate and build complex project schedules utilizing MS ProjectProficiency with MS Office Suite required, including excel at advanced level and familiarity with MS Teams and SharePointStrong verbal, written, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Strong customer service skills requiredWilling to travel outside of DFW/N TX area a plusExcellent benefits package includes:Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability InsuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramSupplemental Insurance: Accident & Critical IllnessFSA401K & ROTH 401KPaid Time OffCompany Paid HolidaysBonus PlanRelocation AssistanceEmployment at Cummings is subject to background check and drug screen; must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
