Compensation: $140,000-$150,000 DOE (Principal-track potential)
Role Summary
This position is ideal for an experienced Electrical PE with exposure to government and/or healthcare projects who is interested in long-term leadership growth. The role will contribute to project execution, technical oversight, and client-facing engineering support, with the opportunity to grow into a Principal role.
Responsibilities
- Provide licensed electrical engineering support for government and healthcare sector projects.
- Lead or support electrical design, review, and technical oversight for assigned projects.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, project managers, and clients.
- Review drawings, specifications, and calculations under PE licensure.
- Support project planning, execution, and quality standards.
- Participate in client meetings and technical discussions.
- Contribute to mentorship, leadership, and long-term practice development as the role evolves.
Qualifications
- Active Electrical Professional Engineer (PE) license (required).
- Experience working on government and/or healthcare sector projects (at least one sector required).
- Strong understanding of electrical systems design and regulatory compliance.
- Interest in long-term growth toward a Principal-level role.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with clients and internal teams.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
