Job TitlePrimary Responsibilities:Demonstrates a personal commitment to Safety "IBiZ NOW"Maintains Rockwell AOP, EDS & Firmware FilesServes as an electrical SME resource to all departments in the millDevelops electrical project schedules and budgetsMaintains RoyOMartin specificationsWorks with electrical department to create new equipment PMsAnalyze and troubleshoot electrical control systemDesigns, coordinates, and commissions electrical projectsMentors, trains and provides technical assistance to plant electriciansMaintains electrical drawings and documentationWorks with vendors to stay current on the latest technologiesManage capital electrical projects and contractorsMaintains plant arc flash studies and documentationJob Experience:Required skills, experience, and/or education:AC and DC power and control circuitsLow Voltage motor control circuits.3-phase 15KV and 480V switchgearAllen-Bradley programmable logic controls (PLCs) and variable frequency drives (VFDs)Allen Bradley Servos and Servo DrivesNFPA70E arc flash requirementsAutoCADShort circuit studiesProtective device coordinationMicrosoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)PLC Networking and switchesExperience with HMI ProgrammingExperience with Process Instrumentation ex.
