Duties
- Prosecute patent applications for global technology companies.
- Collaborate with clients and other professionals.
- Conduct case discussions with clients.
- Stay informed on the latest developments in patent law.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent.
- One to three years of patent prosecution experience as a licensed patent agent in semiconductor manufacturing, telecommunication, digital/analog signal processing, artificial intelligence, software, and/or circuit design.
- Registration to practice before the USPTO.
- Strong technical writing and analytical skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Fluency in Taiwanese Mandarin and extensive knowledge of Taiwan business culture strongly preferred.
