This is a full-time, on-site opportunity offering long-term stability, full benefits, and the chance to work in a clean, organized shop environment with a highly experienced engineering team.Key ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and bills of materialsAssemble and wire control panels, including mounting and terminating PLCs, VFDs, contactors, and relaysPull and run wire through conduit; bend and mount conduit securelyPerform functional and safety testing of assembled panelsTroubleshoot and repair wiring issues or component problems during assemblyMaintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policiesRequirementsHigh school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school certificate preferredMinimum of 2 years of experience in panel building, machine wiring, or industrial electrical workStrong understanding of 240V/480V single and 3-phase circuits, AC/DC control circuitsAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics accuratelyFamiliarity with UL 508A standards and industrial control systems is a plusProficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic toolsMust possess good attention to detail and a strong work ethicCompensation & Benefits$70,000–$80,000 annual salary, depending on experienceFull medical coverage (PPO or HSA options)Dental and vision insuranceCompany HSA contributions up to $1,500/yearCompany-paid life insurance and short-term disability401(k) with 10% company matchPaid time off and holidaysVoluntary long-term disability and additional life insurance are availableWhy This Role?Stable and growing engineering/manufacturing environmentStructured team with strong onboarding and supportOpportunity to work with advanced control systems and support real-world industrial projectsGreat fit for those who enjoy hands-on, detailed panel building work in a low-travel settingLocal candidates only.
