Electrical Operations ManagerThe Electrical Operations Manager will be in charge of organization, planning, leadership, and development of Commercial Electrical construction projects.
Key responsibilities of the Electrical Operations manager will be maintaining customer service, expanding business potential, and leading sustainable growth.Manage electrical operations teams to ensure efficiency and customer satisfactionDevelops objectives and goals for future growth for field teamsCollaborate with Management team to ensure efficient job start up, scheduling, close out, and debriefsWork with Project Management team to review status of projects, analyze progress, and review financialsEvaluate electrical departments and look for ways to increase efficiencyManage service standards within existing customer base to ensure customer satisfactionStreamline or develop new internal procedures and policiesPrepare status and management reports for upper managementOversee new customer documentation and onboardingResponsible for customer account questions and renewalsContract ManagementManagement of construction related issues to ensure efficiencyEnsure proper delivery of services and customer satisfactionLead weekly/monthly meetings with team leads to plan manpower and assist with any other issuesWork with Operations and Estimation team to ensure proper scheduling/manpower utilizationTrack and identify staff safety certifications and create training sessions when/if neededRequirements:Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years' relevant operations management experience requiredEffective management/team building skillsExperience with Commercial Electrical construction projects requiredStrong Customer Service skillsProblem Solving/conflict management experienceAbility to multitask and manage several different issues simultaneouslyBusiness development skills a plusStrong Planning/Organizing capabilitiesKey Words: Operations Manager, Electrical Operations Manager, Project Manager, Director of Operations, VP of Operations, Operations Executive, Electrical Division Manager, Senior Electrical Project Manager, Program Manager
