Electrical Conduit Bending and Wiring SupportProvides electrical conduit bending and wiring support for the final assembly department. The job requires daily manufacturing responsibilities that are expected to be carried out with minimal supervision. Some job requirements are set in a team environment while others may be left to the individual to prioritize and schedule.
A good working relationship is required with both office and factory employees.Job Responsibilities Include:Ability to bend and install conduit (Rigid, IMC, EMT) with minimal supervisionAbility to pull and terminate wiring to electrical devicesAbility to read and comprehend shop drawing and schematicsMaintain flexibility with assigned tasksLead electrical helpers to achieve assigned tasksUnderstand and follow proper safety instructionsAbility to work in a team environmentOther duties may be needed as added by supervisionEducation:This position requires a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED or related experience in electrical services as determined by the plant manager.Reading and speaking proficiency in either English or Spanish required.Job Requirements/Special Skills:Good verbal communication skills with employeesPositive attitudeOpen minded with a vision for continuous improvementAbility to take on more responsibility as the business growsHave diverse knowledge of shop drawings and schematicsUnderstand and follow schedulesWillingness to travel is a plus
