KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Education : 1 year of maintenance experience education preferred (I.E. possess industrial maintenance diploma or currently enrolled in technical school) in lieu of experience. Electrician license or journeyman license preferred.
- Experience : Minimum 1 year industrial maintenance experience or equivalent experience; must have experience in hydraulics, welding, and compressed air systems
- Computer Skills : Basic computer skills will be necessary to log information, to process daily work orders and to complete required documentation. Ability to learn and utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Communication Skills : The ability to communicate effectively and basic math skills are necessary to perform this job at a satisfactorily level.

- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic plant equipment.
- Safely apply knowledge and troubleshooting skills to all assigned production equipment.
- Effectively interact with all plant personnel to accomplish plant and individual goals.
- Minimize downtime due to equipment failure.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and maintenance instructions/procedure manuals.
- Work with pumps, hydraulics, and welding.
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of electrical theory, system wiring, and installation.
