Electrical Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and production equipment in a manufacturing environment
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment meets operational standards
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Troubleshoot electrical systems, including motors, controls, wiring, and PLC-related components
- Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and maintenance documentation
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Work collaboratively with production teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
- 3–5 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience required
- Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical and mechanical systems
- Experience with industrial controls, motors, and automation systems preferred
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documents
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with legacy equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Must be a U.S. Person (United States Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident)

- Monday–Friday, Day Shift (8-hour shift)
- On-site (Ellicott City, MD)
