Candidates must be comfortable working in cold conditions for extended periods.What You'll Be DoingPerforming advanced troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on production equipment including conveyors, automated machinery, and packaging linesDiagnosing and resolving complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic/hydraulic issues with minimal supervisionLeading or supporting major repairs, equipment overhauls, and planned shutdown workReading and interpreting mechanical and electrical schematicsWorking with PLCs to troubleshoot automated equipment faultsMentoring junior technicians (Tech B/C) on the floor as neededDocumenting all maintenance activity through the CMMS systemFollowing GMP, food safety, and safety protocols on the production floorWhat We're Looking For5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsDirect experience with conveyors and automated production equipmentPLC troubleshooting experience requiredFood manufacturing background strongly preferredComfortable working in a cold/refrigerated environment for the duration of the shiftAbility to work independently and lead on complex repairsStrong attention to detail and a safety-first mindsetCompensation: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
