General Motors is seeking a Mechanical Journeyperson to support automotive manufacturing operations in our Skilled Labor team. In this role, you will install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems, production equipment and tooling used to build vehicles and EV components. You will interpret blueprints and schematics, perform precision alignments, machining and welding, and complete preventive and predictive maintenance.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve safety, quality and uptime, while supporting GM’s culture of integrity, inclusion, innovation and continuous learning.
