General Motors is seeking a Mechanical Journeyperson to support automotive manufacturing operations in our Skilled Labor department. In this role, you will install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems on production and facility equipment. You will perform precision alignments, machining, welding and preventive maintenance to maximize uptime and safety.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll help implement continuous improvement, support launch of new EV and advanced manufacturing technologies, and uphold GM’s standards for safety, quality and integrity.
