Assembler 3, Instrument Compensation: pay $25.50/hr ; benefits after 90 days; 401(k) match after 1 year (eligibility dates)
Assembler 3, Instrument Highlights: contract w/ potential perm based on attendance/performance/business needs; required availability: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday-Friday (on-site); overtime as needed
Assembler 3, Instrument Responsibilities
- Perform production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies (electromechanical modules, boards, panels, frames, cables, etc.)
- Follow drawings/diagrams/work instructions to complete wiring, component installation, fitting, and related assembly processes
- Complete device history/documentation as required (serial numbers, tools, etc.)
- Conduct in-process quality checks and support troubleshooting/rework/repair activities
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area; follow safety, housekeeping, and GMP practices as applicable
- Partner with internal teams as needed (ex: Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Planning)
Assembler 3, Instrument Requirements: High School Diploma/GED; attendance mandatory first 90 days
- Must have reliable transportation (not near public transit)
- Safety shoes required
- Strong mechanical tool knowledge (ex: torque drivers, gauges, bits, etc.)
- Highly proficient reading/interpreting drawings and measuring dimensions/requirements
- Manufacturing experience required (HS/GED + 3 years manufacturing experience or AA/technical degree + 1 year experience)
- Experience in a regulated environment required
- Basic PC skills and ability to read/write/perform basic arithmetic in English

- Leadership/mentoring experience; ability to help train others
- Continuous improvement / lean manufacturing exposure
- Strong troubleshooting mindset and documentation habits
