As a Field Service Technician II, you will travel to customer sites and perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair activities on Trystar equipment. We show up for each other and we know that through teamwork we achieve greatness.Champion change – We know adaptation and improvement are requirements to survive and to thrive.Enjoy the journey – We create an environment where our team feels appreciated and has fun along the way.In this role you will get to:Serve as person-in-charge for high and low voltage maintenance, retrofit, and small-scale commissioning projects; support of large-scale commissioning jobsPerform advanced troubleshooting and corrective maintenance independentlyExecute electrical testing and diagnostics using appropriate equipmentLead IR scanning, repairs, and inspection activitiesSupport larger commissioning efforts led by senior techniciansProvide on-the-job training and mentorship to Level 1 techniciansInterface directly with customers to resolve issues and communicate statusDocument service work and provide technical feedback for continuous improvementTrain and mentor Level 1 techniciansSupport of all other field activitiesScope and Autonomy:Works independently on most assignmentsLeads defined service jobs and tasksMakes real-time decisions within established proceduresJob Requirements:Strong electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilityAbility to interpret complex schematics and specificationsProficiency with electrical testing equipmentExcellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skillsMust be a team player, willing to work with others in a fast-paced environmentIntermediate/advanced computer skillsThis is a field-based role and requires regular travel to customer sites.

Travel may include local, regional, national, and cross-border work depending on project requirements. Technicians must be willing and able to work on-site for extended periods, including rotational schedules, shutdowns, commissioning windows, emergency service calls, and remote project locations.3–5+ years of field or industrial electrical experienceElectrical Apprentice, Electrical Journeyman, CET, EIT, ASCT required
