As a Field Service Technician III, you will be a senior technical leader responsible for complex field operations, major commissioning activities, and mentoring the service organization. We show up for each other and we know that through teamwork we achieve greatness.Champion change – We know adaptation and improvement are requirements to survive and to thrive.Enjoy the journey – We create an environment where our team feels appreciated and has fun along the way.In this role you will get to:Serve as person-in-charge for large-scale commissioning, startup, and complex retrofit projectsLead troubleshooting and work on and maintain high, medium, and low voltage systemsService, maintain, repair, assemble, troubleshoot and commission electrical apparatus and protective devicesPerform advanced diagnostics and root cause analysisAnalyze test data and produce detailed technical reportsLead multi-resource service projects and coordinate field activitiesTrain and mentor Level 1 and Level 2 techniciansSupport engineering with field data, system validation, and continuous improvement effortsOperate various types of electrical test equipment, analyze test data and compile technical reportsManage critical customer interactions and high-visibility service eventsEnsure compliance with safety standards and operational proceduresAssist engineers in data collection, completion of power system studies, site inspections, equipment design, project scope developmentMaintain positive client relationships through on-site interactionsScope and Autonomy:Full ownership of complex and high-risk field service activitiesLeads teams and multi-day service projectsActs as escalation point for technical decision-makingJob Requirements:Expert-level troubleshooting across electrical systemsDeep understanding of power systems and testing methodologiesStrong leadership and mentoring capabilitiesAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to interpret complex schematics and specificationsProficiency with electrical testing equipmentMust be a team player, willing to work with others in a fast-paced environmentIntermediate/advanced computer skillsExcellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills4+ years of field service or equivalent experienceElectrical Apprentice, Electrical Journeyman, CET, EIT, ASCT required
