Electrical HelperJoin an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions.As an Electrical Helper at our Pittsburg, KS facility, you will support electrical assembly operations by assisting with the installation and preparation of components, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient production environment.Day Shift: Monday - Thursday 6 am - 4:30 pmNight Shift: Monday - Thursday 8 pm - 6:30 amWeekend (Full Time): Friday - Sunday 6 am - 6 pmWhat You Will Experience In This Position:Use a variety of hand and power tools to support the assembly of electrical components and products.Clean parts using proper materials, tools, and safety practices.Maintain production equipment, machinery, and work areas to support efficient operations.Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines under supervision.Support team productivity goals by completing assigned tasks accurately and on time.Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety protocols and procedures.You Have:High school diploma or GED preferred; no formal education required.Less than 1 year of related experience or equivalent combination of training and education.Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures.Reliability with strong attendance and ability to meet productivity expectations.Team members must be able to safely perform a range of physical activities, including standing and walking for extended periods, with frequent use of hands for tasks requiring dexterity and grip.Roles may require frequent bending, kneeling, and maintaining balance, with occasional climbing or repositioning to support production needs.This position is classified as medium work, requiring the ability to lift, carry, or move materials up to 50 lbs. occasionally, 30 lbs. frequently, and 10 lbs.
