Electrical Foreman w/ per diem

Job Description

Finish Line Staffing is hiring an experienced Electrical Foreman for a fast-paced data center project in Mesa, Arizona. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with an expected schedule of 45–50 hours per week .

Pay: $38/hour + $100 daily per diem

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of 8–10 electricians and lay out daily work.
• Review plans and blueprint drawings on an iPad.
• Complete job safety analyses (JSAs).
• Coordinate work and order materials to keep the crew on schedule.

Requirements

• Electrical foreman experience on at least 2–3 previous projects.
• Ability to lead a crew in a fast-paced, mission critical construction environment.
• Comfort using an iPad to review plans and drawings.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
