Electrical ForemanSkilled Trades Partners is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman for permanent jobs to lead crews on commercial and industrial projects throughout the New Haven area. If you're a strong leader who takes pride in delivering quality work while keeping projects on schedule, we'd like to hear from you.Responsibilities:Lead and supervise electricians and apprentices on commercial and industrial jobsitesPlan, organize, and assign daily work to maximize crew productivityRead and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and project specificationsOversee the installation of conduit, lighting, power distribution, switchgear, controls, and other electrical systemsTroubleshoot electrical issues and provide field support when neededCoordinate with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and other tradesEnsure all work complies with the NEC, OSHA regulations, and company safety standardsMonitor project schedules, maintain daily reports, timecards, and material usageOrder materials and ensure crews have the tools and equipment neededPerform quality control inspections and mentor electricians and apprenticesQualifications:Connecticut E1 Journeyman or Master Electrician LicenseOSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification5+ years of commercial and/or industrial electrical experiencePrevious Foreman or Lead Electrician experience preferredStrong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and specificationsExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsProven troubleshooting abilities and experience directing field crewsPreferred:Experience with conduit bending, switchgear, motor controls, fire alarm, and low-voltage systemsValid driver's licenseCPR/First Aid CertificationWhat We Offer:Pay up to $50/hourWeekly payHealth insurancePaid time offLong-term, stable work with a growing contractorOpportunity to lead high-profile commercial and industrial projectsApply today!
