Electrical ForemanWalsh Electric Services is seeking a motivated and dependable Electrical Foreman to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee the installation of commercial electrical systems by providing leadership, direction, and daily oversight to field crews. The Electrical Foreman is responsible for maintaining project schedules, ensuring quality workmanship, promoting jobsite safety, and serving as a key liaison between the field team and project management.What We Offer:Competitive pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour, based on experienceMedical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceBasic Life InsuranceShort-Term and Long-Term Disability401(k) with Company MatchPaid HolidaysPaid Time Off (PTO)Career growth and advancement opportunitiesWhat You'll Do:Lead and supervise field crews on commercial electrical construction projectsDetermine and communicate daily manpower requirements to support project goalsAssign personnel and resources to maximize productivity and workflow efficiencyCoordinate special equipment and material needs for project executionInterpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical drawings to facilitate installationDevelop material lists and ensure necessary materials are ordered and available onsiteEstablish weekly production goals and monitor progress toward project milestonesEnsure projects remain on schedule and meet quality standardsAttend project meetings as needed and communicate updates to Project Managers and Field SupervisorsMaintain a thorough understanding of project plans, schedules, and customer expectationsPromote and enforce company safety policies and OSHA standardsFoster a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on communication, accountability, and safetyCommunicate project progress, resource needs, and potential challenges to Project ManagementCoordinate and monitor required inspections, ensuring timely scheduling and completionWhat You'll Bring:Minimum of 4 years of experience installing commercial electrical systemsPrior experience leading crews and coordinating multiple field activitiesStrong knowledge of commercial electrical construction methods and best practicesAbility to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical drawingsExperience coordinating inspections and working with local jurisdictions and inspectorsStrong organizational, leadership, and communication skillsAbility to manage schedules, manpower, materials, and project priorities effectivelyElectrical trade certifications are preferred but not requiredCommitment to safety, quality workmanship, and team developmentPhysical Requirements:Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, kneel, and squat as requiredAbility to lift and carry up to 50 poundsAbility to climb ladders, crawl, and work in various construction site environmentsAbility to perform physical tasks associated with commercial electrical constructionComfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditionsWorking with our Company:At Walsh Electric Services, our mission is to deliver the highest quality electrical services while maintaining integrity, professionalism, reliability, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
