Project Foreman Needed - Houston, TXWe are currently seeking an Electrical Foreman with 5+ years of experience leading commercial and industrial electrical projects throughout the Houston area. Electrical Foremen are an integral part of our team and are responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the day-to-day execution of electrical work while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with company quality standards. This role also serves as a leader in promoting a strong safety culture and maintaining compliance with all applicable safety policies and electrical codes.ResponsibilitiesTrain, manage and evaluate project teamAbility to assist Strategic Account Manager to prepare construction schedulesCreate, influence, and maintain schedules for proper resource utilization and material usageCan plan and coordinate material and logistical needs of a project efficientlyCreate & maintain daily reports, timesheets, safety and incident reportsCoordinate production and attend meetings with other trades and the client to identify and resolve any conflictsCan effectively track production to meet/beat labor goalsPlan, organize, and direct production in accordance with the contracted scope of workOversee quality assurance and quality control programsCoordinate work with Purchasing to ensure that requested material is expedited and received as needed for the construction of a projectEnsure all installations meet quality and electrical code standardsAbility to build and grow partnerships with clients for continued workCan build/design effective layout drawings and record drawingsAbility to safely lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, with or without reasonable accommodationAbility to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time during scheduled shiftsAbility to perform physical activities such as bending, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching, and climbing as required by job dutiesQualificationsMust maintain and enforce safety policies on jobsite5+ years of electrical construction experience which includes leading large jobs in Industrial/Commercial industryCan oversee a crew of 10+ electriciansAbility to manage/oversee multiple projects simultaneouslyActive Journeyman's License requiredProficient with the National Electrical CodeExposure to Bluebeam and/or Salesforce is a plusProficiency with MS Office Suite, including excel and familiarity with MS Teams and SharePointStrong verbal, written, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skillsStrong customer service skills requiredMust be able to work at project jobsites throughout the DFW/North Texas/Houston as neededWillingness to travel outside of DFW/North TX/Houston area a plusMust have active driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle reportHow we support you:Our environment allows you to take pride in your work, create meaningful connections, and acquire growth-based development skills.
