Electrical ForemanGastonia, North Carolina, United StatesJob ResponsibilitiesWork with Project Managers, Customers and other types of management to plan, organize, and direct the work of job crew employees dailyMaintain familiarity with plans, specifications, and job folder contract scopePlan layout and installation of same in accordance with job specificationsAttend coordination meetings as required and provide necessary informationReceive and review weekly job assignmentsComplete a detailed list of all required materials, tools, and manpower for job assignments and communicate requirements with the direct Project ManagerAssist in the monitoring and documentation of the progress of the job using appropriate forms and procedures as directed by the Project Manager.Provide workforce with current and accurate information as generated by the Project Manager, including RFI's, memorandums, and any other forms of communication devicesAssist in the communication of company policies and procedures to the job crewApply knowledge of the National Electrical Codes as neededOrder daily materials as needed for your work area and follow up on backorders as necessary through the Project ManagerMonitor and track employee work time as necessary and assist Project Manager and workforce in the proper coding of time cards as requiredBe available to the team for any questions regarding tasks being performedEnsure the job site is properly cleaned up at the end of each workdayEnsure compliance with all job safety standards established by all regulatory agenciesResponsibly manage assigned truck, tools and equipmentMUST HAVEExperience in supervision of installation, alterations, additions, and repairs of industrial electrical systems.2 years of electrical supervision experience in Industrial SettingExperience in installation in Industrial SettingExperience in managing 15-member team in Industrial SettingAble to Interpret and Implement Blueprint specificationMust possess a valid driver's license.
