Electrical Foreman/Estimator

Electrical Foreman/EstimatorWe are seeking an Electrical Foreman/Estimator to join our growing team. This hybrid role combines estimating, job management, and leadership responsibilities, allowing you to take ownership of electrical projects from start to finish. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering quality results, we'd love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day operations of electrical projects, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time deliveryProvide accurate estimates for electrical projects, including materials, labor, and equipmentPrepare detailed proposals and project budgetsEnsure compliance with NEC, local codes, safety protocols, and company standardsCommunicate effectively with clients, field teams, subcontractors, and vendorsTrack project progress, monitor costs, and troubleshoot issues as they ariseFoster a collaborative work environment through mentorship and team supportSplit time between the office and job sites, with responsibilities that include both project management and occasional foreman duties on active projectsKeep up-to-date with new technologies and industry best practicesQualifications:Proven experience in electrical project management and estimatingWilling to train the right candidate with strong experience as a Foreman in the electrical field who is looking to grow into project management/estimating roleSolid knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical systems, as well as National Electrical Code (NEC) and local codesProficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and lead teams effectivelyCommitment to lifelong learning and professional developmentJourneyman license (required) or Master Electrician license (preferred)About Us:At Sioux Falls Electric, we're committed to quality work, integrity, and taking care of our people.
