Electrical Foreman - Des Moines MetroLocation: Des Moines, IowaEmployment Type: Full-TimePosition Summary: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead crews on commercial and industrial construction projects. This role is responsible for managing field operations, maintaining safety and quality standards, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring projects stay on schedule.ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise electrical crews on job sites.Promote and enforce safety standards and OSHA requirements.Plan manpower needs and manage daily work activities.Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades.Review blueprints, specifications, and electrical drawings.Monitor productivity, schedules, and project progress.Troubleshoot field issues and ensure quality installations.Mentor apprentices and electricians.Maintain project documentation and daily reports.Utilize Procore, BIM, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams for project communication and tracking.QualificationsExperience leading commercial or industrial electrical crews.Minimum 2 years of experience in a Foreman or leadership role.Strong knowledge of NEC code and electrical installation practices.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.Journeyman Electrician License preferred.OSHA 10 certification preferred.Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Why Apply?Leadership opportunity on commercial and industrial projects.Collaborative, team-focused environment.Exposure to modern construction technology and processes.Career growth and development opportunities.Work Environment:Work is performed on active commercial construction sites throughout the Des Moines metro area.
