Electrical Foreman – Construction (Dallas, TX)Full-Time | Travel Not Required | Leadership Role in High-Rise ProjectsA nationally recognized design-build contractor is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead field operations on major vertical construction projects in the Dallas market. This role is ideal for an experienced foreman who has worked on 12-story buildings or higher—ideally 20+ stories—and thrives in a fast-paced, technology-enabled, team-driven environment.This company is known for its innovative approach, strong field support, and investment in cutting-edge tools, including fully equipped iPads, smartphones, and training programs developed at the corporate learning center.Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily field operations for assigned electrical scopes on mid- and high-rise buildingsCoordinate manpower, materials, scheduling, and productivity to support project milestonesUphold and enforce safety standards, quality expectations, and compliance with NEC and local codesUtilize company-issued digital tools (iPad, smartphone, job-site apps) for reporting, documentation, and communicationMentor, supervise, and motivate crews to achieve performance and teaching objectivesPartner with project leadership and other trades to maintain seamless communication and high customer satisfactionEnsure installations meet all technical, code, and project specificationsRequired BackgroundExperience in vertical construction: Must have experience on 12-story-or-higher buildings; 20+ stories strongly preferredMinimum 5 years of electrical field leadership, managing multimillion-dollar scopesActive Journeyman or Master Electrician licenseStrong working knowledge of NEC, local electrical codes, and job-site safety best practicesOSHA 30 preferredDemonstrated ability to lead teams, coordinate field activities, and communicate effectivelyTech-forward mindset—comfortable using mobile apps, digital plans, and productivity toolsStrong written and verbal communication skillsIdeal CandidateYou are a forward-thinking electrical leader who values efficiency, innovation, and accountability.
