We are seeking an experienced Electrical Field Supervisor to lead our electrical team and support our continued growth. This role is critical to ensuring our installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.Why Join Our Team?Competitive compensation: $60,000–$90,000 per year401(k) with company matchMedical, Dental, Vision, and Health insurancePaid time offOngoing training and developmentOpportunities for advancementWhat You Will Do:Maintain the highest standards of safety and quality across all electrical and generator installationsManage and oversee schedule boards to optimize technician performance and customer satisfactionImplement efficient processes to improve workflow and reduce downtimeOversee vehicle and warehouse inventory to ensure proper truck stock and supply levelsProvide technical support for generator installations, service changes, engineering questions, and code complianceConduct weekly training sessions on electrical best practices, NEC, Florida Building Code, and local regulationsCollaborate with sales and permitting teams to ensure accurate documentation for engineering and permittingManage timely and accurate integration of sales and permitting for generator and electrical projectsComplete site evaluations to confirm scope of workPrepare installation plans to ensure projects stay on scheduleSchedule installation work to maximize labor efficiencyReview completed work and process payroll accordinglySupport the sales team with technical electrical questionsAddress customer concerns promptly and professionallyWhat You Will Bring:Proven supervisory experience in the electrical field or related generator/construction managementStrong leadership skills with the ability to drive productivity and foster a positive team cultureExperience with project management software; ServiceTitan experience highly preferredAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detailExcellent communication and collaboration skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and confidence in making decisions under pressureHigh level of professionalism and work ethicValid U.S.
