In this role, you’ll supervise field electricians, plan and schedule jobs, and ensure all work is safe, code-compliant, and high quality. You’ll work hands-on in the field, troubleshoot electrical and HVAC-related issues, and coordinate closely with technicians, dispatch, and homeowners.
