To support the growth of renewable energy projects, the full-time Electrical Estimator will develop accurate estimates for utility-scale solar and battery storage projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams, with remote work options available. Key responsibilities Refine estimating processes and templates to enhance accuracy and efficiency for solar and battery storage construction Develop and maintain project cost estimates aligned with RFP requirements from conceptual to advanced design stages Collaborate with various teams to create bid strategies and optimize project costs while identifying risks and mitigation strategies Required qualifications Experience in large electrical commercial or renewable energy construction projects Knowledge of cost estimating best practices and tools, such as Accubid or InEight Proficiency with takeoff software (e.g., Bluebeam) and ability to interpret complex project documentation Strong understanding of construction management principles and project complexities Demonstrated ability to develop and refine estimating processes
