Electrical EstimatorWe're partnering with a growing industrial services organization to hire an Electrical Estimator to support complex construction and equipment installation projects. This role is ideal for someone with a strong electrical field background who understands how work actually gets done — and can turn drawings into real-world cost, labor, and execution plans.What you'll do:Develop detailed electrical estimates (labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors)Review drawings, schematics, and P&IDs to build accurate takeoffsPerform site visits and walkthroughs to validate scope and conditionsWork closely with construction managers, engineers, and field electriciansCoordinate with vendors and suppliers on pricing and materialsSupport project planning, scheduling, and cost trackingEnsure estimates reflect real-world installation methods and field constraintsApply NEC, NFPA 70, and OSHA standards in all estimatesIdentify cost savings and improve estimating accuracy over timeQualifications:7+ years of electrical construction or field experience3+ years of electrical estimating experienceStrong knowledge of power distribution and control/instrumentation wiringAbility to read electrical drawings, schematics, and P&IDsFamiliarity with NEC, NFPA, and OSHA standardsExperience with estimating tools and Microsoft OfficeStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projectsNice to have:Experience with AutoCAD or SolidWorksBackground in industrial environments (manufacturing, energy, chemical, pharma)Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
