Electrical Estimator

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in estimating electrical construction projects, preferably within the commercial construction sector.
• Solid understanding of electrical systems, construction materials, applicable codes, industry standards, and installation practices.
• Familiarity with estimating and project management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, Accubid, or ConEst, along with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to review and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple estimating assignments while meeting deadlines.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Approximately 3–5 years of experience in electrical construction estimating.
• Relevant industry certifications are preferred, where applicable.
